Dark Night of the Soul

Dark Night of the Soul
Little recipe : 1 - Take 2 genius, let's say Danger Mouse and Mark Linkous (Sparklehorse) and let them work on an album 2 - Trow in nice featurings like James Mercer (The Shins), Frank Black, Suzanne Vega (and more) 3 - ADD DAVID FUCKIN LYNCH The result is the best rock album we've heard in a long time. Listen to it in streaming (and read more about it) here : http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=104129585 Controversy on copyright issues between Danger Mouse and EMI have resulted in the artists releasing the CD with a nice booklet and an empty CD-R in the box, along comes a sticker that states: "For legal reasons, enclosed CD-R contains no music. Use it as you will." clearly inviting you to download it and then burn it. Great idea!
